Content Creation: TikTok, Instagram, & YouTube
TikTok
I use this account to share lifestyle content around NYC and New Jersey: places to eat, things to do, and everyday moments. I also post travel clips and have partnered with brands to feature and review products.
After coming up with a TikTok idea, I’ll film using my iPhone or camera, edit directly in the TikTok app/CapCut, add text and sounds, then it’s ready to post. I keep track of how each video performs by checking TikTok analytics.

YouTube
On my YouTube channel you’ll find lifestyle videos based in NYC & New Jersey: local food spots, things to do around town, travel vlogs, and a look at my everyday life. I film with my Canon G7x Mark ii camera, edit using iMovie, create thumbnails in Photoshop and Canva, and track every video’s performance via YouTube Studio. I have also partnered with brands to share reviews and product features I trust.
I will also cross-post with my TikTok and Instagram accounts to the YouTube Shorts feature of YouTube.
For my birthday, I went to see The Great Gatsby on Broadway, as well as visit a local bar for their Gatsby-inspired cocktails. I took a vlog-style video of the entire night and shared it to my Instagram page. The video caught the attention of the Great Gatsby social pages, and after they shared it, it gained over 12,000 views and 100 likes.
TikTok:
Similar to TikTok, on my Instagram you’ll find lifestyle content around NYC & New Jersey: favorite eats, local things to do, travel snapshots, and everyday moments. I have also teamed up with brands for reviews and features, sharing only the ones I believe in.
I post content that I’ve taken on my iPhone or camera, edit in Adobe Lightroom or CapCut, then post. I will also cross-post with TikTok and track performance through the in-app analytics.
I created another vlog-style video where I visited a local cafe. I shared clips of the interior and the drinks my friend and I purchased. I utilized hashtags to push the video out to audiences in the area and this helped the video gain over 100K views, over 3,000 likes, and countless shares and comments of others discussing their thoughts on this local eatery.
